Gender roles are holding everyone back

Avatar: Hanna Hanna
I remember when I read an article in the Guardian 6 years ago: "Lack of women in energy holding back fight against climate change" - it said. It wasn't news to me, but it got me thinking... How well does our green transition policies actually reflect our social realities? What are they doing to unpack the societal roles we have - which are holding us back on our road to a just and sustainable future? Which gender roles do you think are holding us bacK?
