    Pre-event: Recruiting participants

    We've meticulously selected a diverse cohort of 100 participants, each representing a mosaic of backgrounds and perspectives. From all corners of Europe, our attendees are united by a shared curiosity about the intersection of feminism and the Green Transition. We've deliberately sought out citizens who may be new to EU processes, ensuring fresh perspectives and untapped potential for change. Participants are now under way booking their travel to Brussels.

    Pre-event: Online preparations

    Participants starts preparing through our online platform. They will read preparatory documents and has the possibility engage in discussions under the debate page. Participants also starts making preparations for their travel.

    In-person event

    Participants come together to learn more about the Green Transition from a gender just perspective. They will get to pick one topic to engage in: climate migration, environmental racism or energy poverty. The day will mix artistic expressions, with group exercises and discussions. At the end of the day, the groups will come together and shape key recommendations on these topics and how they relate to gender equality and the Green Transition.

    Post-event: consolidate the recommendations

    Organisers will tidy up the recommendations and insert them into an interactive online document.

    28/04/2024 - 17/05/2024

    Post-event: give input on recommendations

    The cleaned recommendations are shared with participants whom will have 2 weeks to give input and make edits. After two weeks have passed, an online call will be held to jointly go through and approve or disregard the edits.

    26/05/2024 - 30/06/2024

    Post-event: Dissemination

    Organisers and participants will share the outcomes with their national decision-makers who are Members of the European Parliament. The organisers will also launch the outcomes on social media and other platforms.
