The aim of this participation platform is to foster an active, open, constructive and respectful dialog between its members. Therefore:

By publishing a contribution, you must adhere to the values of public debate:

• Recognize the right of everyone to have a different opinion and respect it, in the framework of listening and openness. 
• Refrain from submitting anything insulting, oppressing, defamatory, or discriminating (such as racist, sexist, homophobic, ableist or xenophobic etc.) Develop your position in order to nurture a quality debate and constructive approach. Strive to be as constructive as possible, do not attack the people themselves, and welcome constructive criticism from other participants. 
• Proofread your contribution before publishing it and avoid any forms of irony of sarcasm in order to avoid misunderstandings. Before responding to someone, reflect on your biases and where you may be speaking from. Remember that people’s realities are subjective and be respectful of other people’s stories. 
• Respect the standard rules of conduct for respectful and appropriate communication on the Internet (Netiquette). 
• Respect the identity of other participants – use their preferred name, pronoun, gender identity or disability identity  
• The platform is aimed to be used in different countries and participants from various cultures and backgrounds are expected to be using it. Therefore, be aware on the differences in languages among the contributions.
• The platform is also aimed at discussing with a great diversity of participants topics that might be sometime technical. Therefore, do not assume that every participant will have all the technical knowledge on the topic being addressed on the platform. 

The following things are prohibited:

• Attacks or innuendoes based on race, religion, ethnic origin, age, disability, socio-economic background, gender identity or sexual orientation, family or marital status. 
• Insults, harassment, serious unsubstantiated claims or notoriously inaccurate statements about individuals or organizations
• Advertisements and classified ads
• Messages containing personal information that may infringe on the respect of privacy
• Obscene or pornographic messages
• The reproduction of texts without citing their source or the submission of content that is subject to copyright without permission is prohibited.
• While pseudonyms are allowed, it is prohibited to impersonate an individual or an entity in a misleading or deceptive manner.

The moderators are the sole judges of the contributions received and reserve the right to apply these rules by hiding messages that contravene them without prior notice or agreement, or to immediately expulse from the community the members infringing this code of conduct.
